What We Provide

WiFi Built for Business

Office WiFi needs QoS for VoIP, guest isolation for visitors, and enough capacity to handle every employee, device, and video call simultaneously.

Full Office Coverage

APs placed by coverage math for signal at every desk, conference room, and break area — no dead zones.

VoIP Prioritization

QoS rules ensure phone calls and video conferencing get bandwidth priority over background traffic.

Network Segmentation

Employee, guest, and POS/IoT networks on separate VLANs — guests can't touch business data.

PoE Deployment

Ceiling-mounted APs powered and connected over a single Cat6 cable — no outlet needed at each location.

Controller Management

Ubiquiti or TP-Link Omada controller gives you centralized visibility into all connected devices and speeds.

Security Baseline

WPA3, firewall rules, and admin lockdown configured before we leave — not after an incident.

Our Process

Office WiFi Deployment

Site survey, Cat6, APs, configuration — deployed in one day for most offices.

01

Site Survey

We walk your space, count devices, and plan AP placement for complete coverage at every workstation.

02

Cat6 Drops

Ethernet runs to each AP location — terminated, labeled, and tested before any hardware goes up.

03

AP Deployment

APs ceiling-mounted, adopted into controller, VLANs configured, SSIDs created for each network segment.

04

Test & Handoff

Speed verified at every desk, VoIP tested, and network diagram provided for your records.

Common Questions

Office WiFi FAQs

How many APs does my office need?

Plan roughly 1 AP per 1,500–2,000 sq ft of open office space, more for dense device areas or conference rooms. We calculate this precisely during your site survey.

What is VLAN segmentation and do I need it?

VLANs separate traffic types onto isolated network segments. For businesses, at minimum you want employee, guest, and IoT/POS networks separated so a compromised device in one segment can't reach another.

Can you work around our existing internet service?

Yes — we work with your existing ISP connection and install our own router and APs downstream. You keep your ISP, we improve everything behind the modem.

Do you serve businesses throughout Lancaster County?

Yes — we serve commercial clients in Lancaster, Lititz, Ephrata, Manheim, Elizabethtown, Columbia, and all surrounding Lancaster County communities.
