How much does a smart home installation cost in Lancaster PA?

We offer three options. The Diagnostic ($149 flat) is a one-time visit to troubleshoot a specific issue. The Checkup ($169/visit) covers regular maintenance or multi-issue visits. Installation & Process
How long does a typical installation take?

Single-room or single-system jobs are usually done in a few hours. A whole-home project covering multiple rooms, systems, and wiring might take one to three days. We'll give you a realistic estimate during your free assessment and keep you updated throughout the job.

Will you leave before everything is working?

No. We don't pack up until the system is fully configured, tested, and you know how to use it. We walk you through everything before we leave. If something isn't right, we fix it on the spot.

Can I start with one room and expand later?

Yes, and it's one of the smarter ways to approach it. Many clients start with one room or one system — smart lighting in the living room or a home theater setup — and add more over time. We design installations with future expansion in mind so it's easy to build on what's already there.

After Installation
What if something stops working after you've installed it?

Call us. If it's a warranty issue or something we installed, we'll take care of it. Monthly plan members get priority response. Diagnostic visits ($149 flat) are available for anyone else. We'd rather fix it quickly than have you stuck with a system that doesn't work.

What does the Monthly Support Plan include?

The Monthly Support Plan ($49/month) gives you a dedicated tech contact who knows your system, priority scheduling for on-site visits, and ongoing remote support for anything that comes up.
